We are searching for an experienced Executive Chef to manage our kitchen operations at Al Manakha Rotana in Medina, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen staff, creating enticing menus, and maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop menus that meet quality standards and attract customers.
  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Monitor food costs and work towards maximizing profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
