In this pivotal role, you will oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure an outstanding experience for our guests at Dar Al Ajwa Hotel Madinah. As an Executive Housekeeper, your expertise will be essential in maintaining high standards and promoting guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends for continuous improvement.
  • Operate within departmental budgets with effective stock and cost control.
  • Set departmental targets, manage work schedules, and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections of fixtures, fittings, and appliances for compliance.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure regular training.
  • Maintain effective communication among hotel departments and with external partners.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop the Housekeeping team.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in housekeeping/laundry management within the hotel or leisure sectors.
  • Strong record of managing a large team and dealing with Profit and Loss accounts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Competence in Property Management Systems is advantageous.

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in event and project management.
  • Thorough knowledge of crowd planning, visitor experience, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with logistics management (site setup, supply chain).
  • Understanding of ticketing, registration, and permit systems.
  • Proficient in preparing daily operational reports and final reports.
  • Ability to create precise visitor counting mechanisms.
  • Professional interaction with the team to ensure quality performance.
  • Familiar with project management tools (MS Project, task management systems, Excel).
