About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Specialist to contribute to the execution and monitoring of judicial administration tasks. This role is crucial for managing legal disputes, preparing legal documents, coordinating with external legal advisors, and safeguarding the company's interests in judicial matters, all under the supervision of the Head of Judicial Affairs.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor lawsuits filed for or against the company and gather relevant documents and evidence.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors to ensure proper legal representation in courts.
  • Attend court sessions or mediation sessions on behalf of the company as needed.
  • Assist in preparing legal memoranda, response letters, and providing legal opinions on disputes related to real estate or contracts.
  • Evaluate legal risks associated with real estate and administrative cases, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Propose solutions for legal settlements that benefit the company.
  • Implement legal procedures according to Saudi laws, including notifications and follow-ups in judicial authorities.
  • Prepare periodic reports on ongoing cases, court dates, legal updates, and submit them to the department manager.
  • Archive judicial documents both electronically and physically in accordance with internal governance procedures.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and legal memoranda for senior management as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide legal support in related disputes, assisting in the collection of necessary documents and information.
  • Support the implementation of internal legal policies and procedures concerning litigation and case management.
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.

Skills Required
  • Successful record in managing complex legal matters and achieving positive outcomes in court.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a legal team and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high ability to solve problems.
  • Deep understanding of real estate transactions, property management practices, and relevant legal frameworks.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Experience with Saudi law and the local market.
  • License to practice law.
  • 1-3 years of experience in judicial affairs, with at least 3 years in administrative roles.

  • Conduct periodic project inspections to ensure compliance and recommend changes as necessary.
  • Manage and assign duties for KEO Safety Officers.
  • Review contractor H&S documentation for compliance.
  • Chair Project H&S Meetings and attend construction progress meetings.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Health, Safety & Environmental. A chartered status with NEBOSH Certificates and experience in High Rise Tower projects is required.
