Our client is a well-established regional player in the consumer goods space, with a strong footprint across the Middle East and a growing presence in the Saudi market. The business is currently strengthening its commercial organization as part of a broader localization and growth agenda, with a focus on building high-performing Saudi leadership within its sales teams.

Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will take full ownership of the Western Region, driving sales performance, distributor effectiveness, and on-ground execution. This role is critical in strengthening market presence, improving route-to-market efficiency, and leading a front-line sales team to deliver consistent growth across channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver regional sales targets across all assigned channels.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of sales supervisors and field sales representatives.
  • Drive distributor performance, including alignment on targets, coverage, and execution standards.
  • Strengthen route-to-market efficiency, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Monitor and improve in-store execution, visibility, and availability.
  • Build strong relationships with key trade partners and customers in the region.
  • Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Ensure disciplined reporting, forecasting, and alignment with head office.
  • Support the broader Saudization and localization agenda by building a strong Saudi sales culture on the ground.

Your Profile
Preference will be given to Saudi nationals in line with Saudization requirements.
- 6–10+ years of experience in sales within FMCG or a similar high-volume distribution environment.
- Proven experience managing a region and leading field sales teams.
- Strong understanding of distribution models and route-to-market in KSA.
- Experience working closely with distributors and trade channels.
- Hands-on, field-oriented approach, not a desk-based profile.
- Strong commercial mindset with ownership of targets and execution.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an integral member of a dynamic, cross-functional team by aligning on digital advertising and content strategies.

Data & Analytics
  • Use data and analytics to drive decision-making across all aspects of account management and demand generation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, shopper behavior, and emerging e-commerce trends.

Required Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Economics, Management or relevant field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in eCommerce marketing or account management
