About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support our sales team and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Maintain an accurate customer database and sales pipelines.
  • Coordinate with various departments for efficient execution of sales-related activities.
  • Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting.
