Role Overview
The position offers a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Medina. As a Real Estate Development Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales activities and ensuring the delivery of quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
  • Manage sales activities and build strong client relationships.
  • Lead contract negotiations and oversee property transactions.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
  • Ensure successful execution of real estate projects.

Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting feasibility studies and property management.
  • Strong budgeting and finance skills for real estate projects.
  • Proven ability in contract negotiation and property transactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Preferred prior experience in real estate development or sales.
