About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to embark on a rewarding career in the real estate sector. The individual in this role will play a crucial part in the organization's growth by selling real estate units, understanding customer requirements, delivering demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Real Estate Sales:
    • Sell residential and commercial properties from the company’s inventory.
    • Conduct property tours, provide information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
    • Understand customer requirements.
    • Interact with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
    • Provide professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and investing in real estate opportunities.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Generate and follow up on leads to expand client base.
    • Develop and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
    • Provide clients with accurate and updated market information.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Ensure that clients are informed about available properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.
    • Build strong relationships with clients to boost trust and loyalty.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to keep up with any changes in their real estate needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Demonstrations and Site Visits:
    • Deliver demonstrations and arrange field visits for clients to help them visualize potential investments.
  • Finalizing Deals:
    • Facilitate timely closures of real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Preferred experience of at least 2 years in sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • A strong passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service.
