This role at Al Madinah Al Munawwarah is essential for planning and executing tasks related to the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse while maintaining accurate inventory records. We seek a dedicated individual who ensures the efficient utility of the team, devices, and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily records of in/out goods using MS Office and ERP systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Display strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Manage workers, monitor their progress, and prioritize received orders effectively.
  • Identify goods requiring special treatment and make informed decisions on inquiries.
  • Ensure all goods are readily available based on customer demand and assure fulfillment and quality.
  • Be aware of warehouse consumption needs, including office supplies and equipment repairs, following up until requests are delivered.

  • Saudi only
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
