Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production control team in organizing manufacturing activities.
  • Develop and execute production control strategies to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in line with sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and engineering for smooth operations.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
  • Support new product launches and engineering changes from a planning perspective.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
