Join Lucy Group Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Financial Analysis & Reporting!

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of financial accounting and analysis. You will provide timely and accurate financial information and reports while assisting the Finance Manager (FM) in various aspects including compliance, reporting, and audit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare management reports and financial statements in a timely manner to meet strict group deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of periodic cash forecasts.
  • Process monthly employee payroll and ensure accurate posting to general ledger accounts.
  • Analyze collated data and file periodic VAT returns.
  • Act as the controller and custodian of the company's general ledger and chart of accounts.
  • Collaborate with the FM to prepare budgets and forecasts through extensive Excel-based reporting.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting team.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree in a recognized accounting qualification (ACCA / ACA / CMA).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Specific Skills: You should possess strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality are crucial.
