Join Our Team as a Barista at Calo!
We are looking for a dedicated Barista to join our team at Calo Cafe. As a Barista, you will work closely with the Cafe Manager to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality coffee and service in line with our company standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare coffee according to established recipes.
  • Maintain the functionality of brewing equipment and report any issues.
  • Be attentive to customer orders and preferences.
  • Uphold a positive and professional demeanor while representing Calo's culture and values.
  • Ensure timely operations and adherence to quality standards.
  • Proactively solve any issues that arise during service.
  • Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Foster a positive working relationship with coworkers.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cafe as a Barista.
  • Certified Barista certificate.
  • Proficient in English communication.

Knowledge and Competency Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of coffee varieties and recipes.
  • Able to distinguish coffee aromas and flavors.
  • Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to learn and use relevant computer programs.

Personality Traits:
  • Strong communicator with a pleasant personality.
  • Empathy and positive leadership skills.
