Join TÜV SÜD as a Business Development Manager!
At TÜV SÜD, a global leader in testing, inspection, and product certification, we are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) to enhance our business growth in the Makkah Region.

Your Tasks:
  • Analyze markets and provide strategic directions for new business development.
  • Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities.
  • Define and implement plans to approach and capture clients in collaboration with the marketing division.
  • Lead consulting projects and manage internal and external project teams.
  • Support the Regional Manager with strategic market positioning and project rollouts.
  • Provide market intelligence to support decision-making processes.

Your Qualifications:
  • University degree in Engineering; MBA from a top-tier Business School is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in Renewable Energy & Hydrogen business at a strategic level preferably in the TIC industry.
  • Proven track record of developing new businesses and managing change projects.
  • A passion for business development and a drive to succeed.
