About the Role: As an Accountant at Maqam Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial activities of the hotel, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the overall budget of the hotel, including monitoring expenses and making necessary adjustments.
  • Payroll Processing: Responsible for processing payroll to ensure timely payments to hotel staff.
  • Expense Tracking: Track employee expenses through expense claims and company credit card purchases for tax and reimbursement purposes.
  • Financial Reporting: Create and present financial reports to hotel management and executives, ensuring they are informed about the financial status of the hotel.
  • Financial Audits: Conduct audits of overall hotel operations, ensuring accuracy in cash records, credit card statements, and bank accounts.
