Modern Bus Company is seeking a Payroll Accountant to join our Finance and HR team. If you have a passion for accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll processing, we'd love to hear from you!

Location: Makkah
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee employee paychecks to ensure accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Calculate net salaries while considering taxes, deductions, and withholdings.
  • Update the general ledger and maintain payroll records.
  • Monitor paid and unpaid leaves to ensure correct payroll adjustments.
  • Process overtime payments and holiday-related deductions.
  • Participate in payroll audits and assist in preparing audit schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with HR on changes in employee status, benefits, or compensation.
  • Generate monthly payroll reports and reconciliations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll accounting or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of payroll systems and general accounting principles.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
