• Report and manage maintenance defects and other issues.
• Supervise service areas, store rooms and corridors.
• Schedule and oversee deep cleaning and other projects.
• Train and manage Room Attendants and Team Members.
• Manage stock control and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide excellent guest service, catering to VIP needs and special requests.
• Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role.
• A successful track record of managing a team.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in luxury housekeeping, with previous supervisory experience preferred. A diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and time management proficiency are essential for this role.
