Join Azure as a Housekeeping Supervisor!

Your leadership and organizational skills will play a pivotal role in maintaining our exceptional living environments at Azure Palma 2. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all cleaning operations across the compound, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of hygiene and presentation at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness in villas, common areas, and multiple facilities.
  • Monitor cleaning materials and supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Lead by example, fostering a disciplined and cohesive team environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Certification or training in Housekeeping Management or Hospitality Operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning products and their appropriate usage.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel for tracking inventory.

Qualifications:
You should ideally have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality with previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel.

Skills Required:
  • Good command of written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera are advantageous.
  • Understanding of hotel operations and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
