In this pivotal role, you will uphold the exceptional standards of service inherent in the Raffles name, enhanced by the essence of Arab hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Leading and supervising the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure service standards are adhered to.

Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills are essential, along with an eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
