Join Raffles Makkah Palace as a Housekeeping Supervisor!

In this pivotal role, you will uphold the exceptional standards of service inherent in the Raffles name, enhanced by the essence of Arab hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Leading and supervising the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure service standards are adhered to.
  • Addressing guest concerns promptly and efficiently, logging and notifying the appropriate areas.
  • Actively participating in daily briefings, warm-ups, and department meetings.
  • Ensuring Room Attendants are informed daily about the priorities in their section.
  • Following departmental policies and procedures, reporting maintenance needs, and adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates who are proficient in English (both verbal and written) and possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent. You should have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment, proven training skills, and familiarity with hotel property management systems (Micros-Fidelio is desirable). Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills are essential, along with an eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Physical requirements include constant standing and walking, occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling, and navigating stairs or ramps.
