Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and sort documents from CSD officers based on seriality including canceled pick slips, gate passes, invoices, and credit notes.
  • Attach RTV's with corresponding credit notes and provide weekly copies to sales and accounting teams.
  • Update receipt invoices in the JDE system (Invoice control application).
  • Securely store all paperwork in designated places.
  • Manage requests for file access and keep logs of borrowed documents.
  • Follow confidentiality policies to protect sensitive data and information.
