About the Role
The Store Keeper at Acwa plays a vital role in managing the inventory of materials and equipment. You will be responsible for various tasks including handling shipping and receiving, maintaining stock records, and supporting daily store operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organized and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain inventory for plant supplies including ordering, receiving, and allocation.
  • Prepare requisitions, purchase orders, and reports.
  • Receive and inspect all incoming materials; document and track damages.
  • Post daily stock entries for incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Report any canceled or damaged items.
  • Document storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
  • Keep warehouse and storage areas organized and comply with waste disposal regulations.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding receipts, deliveries, and repairs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:
Education:
  • Desired: Diploma in a related field
  • Preferred: Degree
Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum: 3 years in similar storekeeping functions
  • Preferred: 6 years
Required Skills:
  • Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Ability to perform basic calculations.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Hazard risk assessment knowledge.
Preferred Certifications:
  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or related.
