At IHG Hotels & Resorts, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Storekeeper, you play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check temperatures of freezers and cold rooms daily upon arrival.
  • Issue all storeroom items as per requisitions.
  • Supervise the work of storekeeper and store helper.
  • Report any variances discovered while performing duties to the Materials Manager.
  • Prepare reorder requests at required levels and maintain minimum-maximum inventory levels.
  • Verify quantity, quality, and expiry dates for food items upon receipt.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all store areas.
  • Assist in inventory of Food & Beverage, General, and Operating Supplies.
  • Submit expiry lists and slow-moving items to the Materials Manager.

  • Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular stock audits and maintain the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principle for all inventory.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–5 years in construction storekeeping, specifically with Civil and Architectural materials.
  • System Skills: Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar advanced inventory management software.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and material submittal workflows.
  • Communication: Strong coordination skills to interface with Project Teams and the Supply Chain Manager.
