Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and professional Salesperson to join our team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for daily visits to new clients, following up on existing orders, and ensuring that each customer has a seamless and high-end experience, whether through field visits or orders. Your goal will be to expand Blumen's client base, achieve sales targets, and represent the brand in the best light.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily visits to new clients (both corporate and individual) to introduce services and products.
  • Follow up on existing orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in selecting products and provide customized floral solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences and communicate feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order deliveries and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:
  • Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.
  • Must have a personal vehicle.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse clients.
  • Good organizational skills to manage orders and follow-ups.
  • Ability to achieve sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment (field/retail).
  • Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
  • Knowledge of floral products and gifting trends is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Jeddah with a clear customer service orientation.
  • A valid driving license is preferred with the readiness to visit clients daily (as per the operational system).

  • Strong understanding of BMS architecture and HVAC equipment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
