We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Oversee the accurate and systematic recording of all financial transactions and expenses.
• Prepare the annual operational budget and monitor variances with corrective actions.
• Manage daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for ongoing projects.
• Generate financial and management reports to support executive decision-making.
• Participate in project bidding and financial feasibility studies.
• Supervise financial relations with banks, clients, and suppliers.
• Ensure full compliance with government platforms and financial regulations (Etimad, Zakat, Tax, GOSI, etc.).
• Lead and develop the finance team to enhance overall departmental performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, including 5 years in the contracting/construction sector.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo).
• In-depth understanding of the project lifecycle in the contracting industry.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial and tax regulations.
