We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance department in day-to-day operations, reporting, and compliance. If you have a solid background in accounting practices and financial regulations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing general accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, intercompany transactions, and bookkeeping.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and perform system backups as needed.
• Prepare daily entries, financial reports, and monthly financial statements.
• Track payments to internal and external stakeholders and process tax-related payments and returns.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
• Reconcile account balances and ensure accurate and timely bank transactions.
• Compute and file tax returns as required.
• Prepare and manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Audit transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Analyze budget variances and income statements; submit reports to the Finance Manager/Director.
• Maintain and manage fixed assets, including depreciation and disposals.
• Recommend improvements to financial procedures and systems.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements.
• Collaborate with management teams to provide financial insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 45 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficient in both Arabic and English.
• Experience with SAP and other accounting software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
• Available to join immediately.
