Role Overview:
This full-time on-site Executive Chef will manage kitchen operations, ensuring culinary excellence. Responsibilities include:
  • Supervising food preparation and menu design.
  • Maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Managing kitchen staff and inventory control.
  • Coordinating with other departments to enhance guest dining experiences.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess:
  • Expertise in culinary techniques and menu planning.
  • Experience in managing kitchen operations and staff supervision.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and cost control measures.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a capacity to train staff.
  • Prior experience in diverse cuisines, especially Asian, Moroccan, and Gulf.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification with 10+ years in the hotel industry.
