Main Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative and diverse menus reflecting culinary trends and dietary preferences.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
  • Supervise kitchen staff including chefs, cooks, and assistants, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage food inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and implement effective controls.
  • Monitor food costs and implement initiatives to save without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation standards, and hygiene practices.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in Catering, Hospitality, or relevant field.
  • 10+ years of international experience in five-star hotels and restaurants.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced).
