Main Responsibilities:

Create innovative and diverse menus reflecting culinary trends and dietary preferences.
Oversee all aspects of food preparation ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
Supervise kitchen staff including chefs, cooks, and assistants, ensuring smooth operations.
Manage food inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and implement effective controls.
Monitor food costs and implement initiatives to save without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation standards, and hygiene practices.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:

A bachelor's degree in Catering, Hospitality, or relevant field.
10+ years of international experience in five-star hotels and restaurants.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced).
