As a leading food and beverage company in Saudi Arabia, managing international restaurant brands, we are committed to excellence in creating memorable dining experiences. We are now looking for a Turkish Executive Chef for our establishment in Makkah, KSA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal planning and preparation.
  • Maintain food quality and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Design innovative menus and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Order ingredients and ensure dishes are prepared to specification.
  • Foster a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Turkish cuisine.
  • Proficient in cooking techniques, food preparation, and menu planning.
  • Experience in kitchen management and team leadership.
  • Strong familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Creative approach to new recipes and presentations.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Formal culinary education is a plus.
  • Prior experience in international cuisine is highly desirable.
