We are looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join our team in Mecca!
As part of our efforts in Mecca to enhance governance and internal control systems and improve financial and administrative performance, we announce the availability of a vacant leadership position.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the internal audit department and developing annual plans.
  • Assessing and improving internal control systems.
  • Reviewing financial and administrative processes to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Preparing reports and submitting recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitoring the implementation of audit plans and addressing observations.
  • Supporting the application of governance principles and risk management.

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience of no less than 10 years in the field.
  • Managerial experience of 3 to 5 years.
  • Professional certifications such as CIA or equivalent.
  • Intermediate level at least in English.

Additional Information: A leadership position in a professional work environment.

Qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Architectural Engineering or related field) and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in internal audit with 5 years in a leadership role. Technical certificates such as CIA or PMP are preferred.

Position Summary
The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and compliance audits within the organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end audit lifecycle, leading a team of auditors, and ensuring that all activities align with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and the Global Internal Audit Standards.

Key Responsibilities
