In this critical role, you will lead and supervise maintenance operations for pharmacies and clinics, ensuring optimal functioning and safety in our facilities. Your expertise will contribute directly to our mission of making a positive difference in the lives of every guest we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel in daily operations.
  • Establish maintenance schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards and policies.
  • Participate in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
  • Ensure quality standards in construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain safety protocols.
  • Provide leadership and training to the maintenance team.

Work Environment:
  • Indoors: 20%, Outdoors: 80%
  • Working Days: 6 Days per week, 1 Day Off
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour break)

  • Job Requirements:
    • BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    • 3 years of experience in MEP Engineering.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Basic Auto CAD.
    • Fluent in English and Arabic.
