We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage all maintenance activities for offices, furniture, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Oversee office setup, furnishing, and workspace arrangements, ensuring functionality and maintenance.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and laborers, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and safely.
  • Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems and assets.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality repairs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance and renovation needs.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, materials, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Support facility upgrades, expansions, and improvement projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • 2 years of experience in facility maintenance (Required)
  • Willingness to travel 50% (Required)
