Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee repairs and maintenance activities within our facilities, ensuring optimal functionality, comfort, and efficiency. Your leadership and expertise will drive productivity through strategic management of maintenance tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all maintenance requests and prepare weekly maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and coordinate renovations.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Automation, and Supply Chain teams for timely asset procurement.
  • Track and report metrics aimed at reducing costs and improving effectiveness.
  • Supervise preventive maintenance schedules and all related projects.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or related positions, who also possess a valid KSA driving license.

Knowledge and Competency:
  • Familiarity with plumbing and electrical concepts including wiring and HVAC systems.
  • Experience with smart equipment to enhance productivity.

Personality Traits:
  • Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and data analysis skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
