Key Responsibilities:
- Development and management of client portfolios, ensuring follow-up with at least 100 customers.
- Conducting visits to potential clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Participation in large-scale lighting projects including photometry studies and technical proposals.
- Keeping teams updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- 510 years of relevant experience in sales within the lighting or technical products industry.
- Proficiency in English and local language(s) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and customer-oriented approach.

You will support our clients by accurately reporting on financial statements and providing meaningful insights into accounting and reporting matters. Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Engineering A/C Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Job Responsibility:

• Inspecting and troubleshooting HVAC systems to identify issues and repair or replace damaged components
• Installing new air conditioning systems according to specifications and local building codes
• Performing regular maintenance on existing systems to ensure their efficiency and prolong their lifespan
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner and providing excellent customer service
• Keeping accurate records of all maintenance and repair services performed

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as an A/C Technician or similar role
• Certification in HVAC or relevant field
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
