About the Role
We are seeking proactive Maintenance Technicians who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers. In this crucial role, you will ensure quality service and enhance equipment safety and performance, becoming the everyday hero who makes people's lives easier.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and tasks while attending to call-outs.
• Maintain accountability for equipment safety and performance, identifying risks and communicating them to supervisors.

Requirements
• ITI/Vocational Certificate course/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of solid Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with a reputable elevator company.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills; basic IT skills preferred.
• A valid GCC driving license is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, categorize, and organize physical files in a structured manner.
• Digitize documents using scanning equipment and tools.
• Upload, classify, and index records into the electronic archiving system.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in document management, archiving, or data entry is an advantage.
