Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication.
  • Service Operations: Responsible for equipment safety and performance, executing service visits and managing workload effectively.
  • Leadership: Provide updates to the supervisor, participate in training and coaching sessions, and help with ongoing product and method improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or high school education in electrical or mechanical fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multi-nationality team.

• A valid GCC driving license is an advantage.
