KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (website, social media, email, digital ads). Align all efforts with the academy's strategic goals, positioning, and brand voice.
  • Visual Content Creation: Plan and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and photography to support marketing initiatives and bring the academy's story to life. Capture events, student activities, and instructor highlights for visual storytelling.
  • Social Media Management: Own and grow the academy's social media presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms. Create and schedule compelling content to engage followers and increase reach.
  • SEO & Online Visibility: Implement SEO best practices and support SEM initiatives to enhance website traffic and discoverability.
  • Email Campaigns & Audience Engagement: Build and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to promote programs, events, and success stories. Monitor engagement and refine campaigns using performance insights.
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Use analytics tools to track KPIs, assess campaign performance, and generate reports. Leverage insights to optimise content, targeting, and messaging.
  • Website Collaboration & Updates: Support website updates and improvements in collaboration with the technical/web team, ensuring a user-friendly and visually aligned experience.
  • Brand Alignment & Messaging: Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels, campaigns, and materials.
  • Partnership Support & Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Assistant, Communications Officer, and Graphic Designer to align messaging and maximise outreach.
  • Budget Awareness: Help manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative role (preferably in education, hospitality, F&B, or creative industries).
  • Proven experience with marketing strategy, content creation, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Graphic design and photography skills are essential; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and creative environment.
  • Creative, proactive, results-driven, and highly adaptable to digital trends.
