• Maintain an effective administrative system for sponsorship and event organization.
• Identify and maintain a database of potential sponsors.
• Negotiate with potential sponsors to finalize advantageous arrangements.
• Socialize and meet with sponsors and clients to build relationships.
• Formulate correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure proper branding for sponsors.
• Maintain relationships with media outlets to maximize event coverage.
• Assist in producing promotional materials and host media and clients at events.
• Capture photographs of internal functions and events.

Skills Required:
You should be a graduate in advertising, marketing, or communications, preferably with experience in a similar field. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess:

About the Role: As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our brand presence and driving marketing initiatives across Mecca. You will be based in our Jeddah office but must be ready to commute to Mecca daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Integrated Services team to support commercial objectives.
• Develop and execute site branding and marketing collaterals for various projects across Mecca.
• Manage budgets to ensure cost efficiency and maximum value.
• Lead sales events such as Open Houses and Family Galas.
• Work closely with performance marketing teams to execute effective campaigns.
• Design and implement creative Social Media campaigns to enhance sales.
• Research new marketing strategies and creative platforms.
• Execute Out-Of-Home campaigns in Mecca and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and communications, preferable within real estate, e-commerce, or tech sectors.
• Proven success in leading marketing campaigns and events that drive product adoption.
• Strong background in managing campaigns, print production, and competitive analysis.
• Experience in budget management.
