About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Maximo EAM Functional Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is centered on the administration, configuration, support, and enhancement of the IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.

Role Purpose

The specialist will provide essential technical support, develop critical workflows and reports, manage system integrations, and troubleshoot issues. This role is central to collaborating with business users and IT teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of asset management operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support IBM Maximo applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Maximo, IBM HTTP Server, and system integrations.
• Develop and maintain Maximo workflows, roles, actions, and action groups.
• Create and maintain BIRT/Actuate reports and manage Cognos integration.
• Perform data migration tasks utilizing MDL, GDL, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Configure and support Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) interfaces.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and system configuration guides.
• Collaborate with users, vendors, and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years specifically focused on IBM Maximo.
• Strong practical experience in Maximo installation, configuration, and administration.
• Proficient knowledge of Maximo workflows, MIF, BIRT, Cognos, and WebSphere.
• Experience with database technologies including Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• IBM Maximo certification is preferred.
