Project Operations Manager
A real estate development company announces the availability of a job opportunity for the position of Project Operations Manager, to lead the administrative and operational aspects of projects from the post-acquisition phase to delivery, ensuring the completion of licenses, approvals, and regulatory requirements, and raising the readiness of projects for delivery with high efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading the administrative and operational file of the project from post-acquisition to delivery.
  • Ensuring the completion of licenses, approvals, and regulatory requirements within the specified timeframes.
  • Managing coordination between internal departments, relevant parties, consultants, and service providers.
  • Addressing operational and administrative obstacles and escalating them to senior management when necessary.
  • Supervising the requirements of off-plan sales projects and all related procedures.
  • Following up on the requirements for the guarantee account, reports, and project-related documents.
  • Preparing and submitting accurate executive reports on the status of projects, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Leading the delivery phase and addressing customer feedback and complaints until closure.

Requirements:
  • University degree.
  • Experience of no less than 8 years in managing and operating real estate projects.
  • Direct experience in licenses, approvals, and off-plan sales projects within the Kingdom.
  • High ability to coordinate between departments and drive work to completion.
  • Strong skills in executive reporting, organization, risk management, and problem-solving.

About the Role
