At MOOD LAB, we believe that the right ingredients can uplift anyone's mood. We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Specialist to manage our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure a reliable supply.
  • Procurement Execution: Process purchase requests, issue purchase orders (POs), and monitor delivery schedules to meet company needs.
  • Negotiation & Cost Analysis: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions to achieve cost savings.
  • Inventory & Demand Planning: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to forecast future requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all purchases adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, communication, and time management skills.
