Join Our Team as an Operations Manager!

As an Operations Manager at Hilton, you will play a vital role in the effective operational management of our hotel. You will ensure that Heads of Department meet and exceed their revenue and guest satisfaction targets while upholding our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to manage key property issues including customer service and refurbishment.
  • Assist in developing meaningful budgets and short/long-term strategic goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the hotel management team.
  • Respond to audits and ensure continual improvement.
  • Manage the service delivery of all operational departments to exceed guest expectations.
  • Control costs and analyze results to address issues proactively.
  • Develop management talent within the hotel and facilitate career progression.
  • Seek and respond to guest feedback for high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular briefings and communication meetings with the Heads of Department.

What We Are Looking For:
Your qualifications must include a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent, strong commercial acumen, and experience in managing budgets and revenue proposals. You should have in-depth knowledge of the hotel and service sector, alongside strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams effectively.
