Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position where you will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with our organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage departments including Maintenance, Hospitality & Housekeeping, Procurement, and Technical Services.
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
Lead and monitor operational workflows and maintenance requests.
Develop preventive maintenance plans to ensure readiness of technical systems.
Oversee hospitality services for inpatients, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
Monitor procurement operations and manage vendor relationships.
Collaborate with nursing and administrative departments for operational support.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality.
Document operational incidents and implement corrective actions.
Enhance operational standards for cleanliness and service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in healthcare.
Strong leadership skills and capability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in facility operations, procurement, and vendor management.
Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with the ability to transfer sponsorship.
Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
