About the Job:
The position of Operations Supervisor requires direct supervision of field inspectors, where the candidate is responsible for monitoring performance and operations to ensure that the desired project objectives are achieved. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing inspection campaigns, developing working relationships between field and operational teams, as well as verifying the readiness of branches according to the level of service and compliance with general policies. The supervisor is also expected to communicate relevant administrative circulars to the operational team, continuously monitor performance, and find necessary developmental solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Direct supervision of the performance of field inspectors and ensuring quality of work.
  • Monitoring daily performance and submitting periodic reports on progress.
  • Overcoming operational obstacles faced by the team to achieve set goals.
  • Coordinating activities and supporting inspection campaigns to ensure smooth progress.
  • Developing the relationship between the field and operational teams to enhance cooperation.
  • Verifying the readiness of branches based on the level of service and ensuring compliance with general policies.
  • Effectively communicating administrative circulars related to inspection operations to the operational team.
  • Ensuring the completion of daily tasks for the field observer.
  • Following up on performance-related observations and providing developmental solutions.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of work and client information and handling it with the highest degree of respect.
  • Holding regular meetings with the operational team to discuss risks and challenges and develop corrective plans.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Surveying.
  • Professional experience of no less than 3 years in field management or supervision/inspection.
  • High interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
  • Effective team management with the ability to guide and motivate members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of municipal requirements related to infrastructure and excavation.
  • Ability to analyze observations and develop practical solutions.
