As a Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations at our plant in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia, ensuring we adhere to high standards of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing processes to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
  • Create a workplace environment that values employee contributions and promotes health and safety.
  • Drive world-class quality for our luxury vehicles and resolve production defects effectively.
  • Analyze costs, schedule delays, and quality issues, and develop training plans for staff.
  • Set production goals and communicate them clearly to the team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of automotive production supervision experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build cohesive teams and interact with senior management.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
