Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring process across the organization. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
