Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and official correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical) while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Coordinate communication between the executive office and college departments.
  • Support accreditation, reporting, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in organizing institutional events and executive engagements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably in higher education.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
