Join Our Team as a Procurement Specialist!
Almaskan Alwafi Group is seeking a highly organized and strategic Procurement Specialist to oversee procurement operations across multiple subsidiaries. With a focus on cost efficiency and strategic sourcing, this role is vital for supporting our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms.
  • Oversee the complete purchasing cycle from requisition to delivery and payment.
  • Implement and manage procurement systems, policies, and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and analyze purchasing reports and KPIs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in construction or real estate).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Office.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager (Construction Projects)

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, security, and distribution of construction materials, tools, and equipment for project sites. The role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient logistics coordination, and compliance with company policies and safety standards to support ongoing construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials to project sites.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain updated and accurate inventory records through ERP or warehouse management systems.
  • Coordinate with procurement, project, and logistics teams to forecast material requirements and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement and monitor material tracking systems to support project cost control and material accountability.
