Job Description:
The role of the Quality Specialist is to design quality management guides and models, and to implement quality standards and specifications. It is necessary to study the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of services and to develop quality auditing systems and procedures. The job also requires preparing specialized quality documents and reports.

Main Responsibilities:

• Studying, analyzing, preparing, and designing quality management guides and models.
• Contributing to the development of quality standards for initiatives and programs.
• Preparing and developing questionnaires to measure customer satisfaction levels.
• Developing quality auditing systems and procedures and participating in auditing plans.
• Preparing documents and reports related to quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Chemistry, Programming and Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering and Systems.

Certifications and Licenses:

• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) - Preferred
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) - Preferred

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Salesforce, SAP booking, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in OHS, technical support, and customer-centric sales practices.
