We are a leading multi-national organization in Saudi Arabia, committed to sustainable and innovative mobility solutions. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fueling our growth through the development and management of fuel station projects.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Develop a pipeline of fuel station projects within your assigned area to support our growth program.
  • Search, engage, and negotiate with fuel station owners and operators for potential acquisitions.
  • Interface with site owners to resolve operational issues ensuring smooth business operations.

People & Program Management:
  • Prepare and present dashboards and progress reports regarding the stations' pipeline.
  • Utilize smart/digital tools for effective pipeline management.

Reports & Dashboards:
  • Ensure deals are finalized within the approved rental mandate.
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives through effective negotiation that might include rental reductions.

Cost Monitoring:
  • Gather data on existing sales and non-fuel incomes from targeted sites.
  • Assist in developing a master plan for the Kingdom.
  • Collect real estate data from competitors and the market.
  • Propose optimal rental offers based on site profitability and market assessments.
  • Verify all real estate documents related to the stations.

Experience & Skills:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, individuals with sufficient experience (2-4 years) in a real estate role in KSA may also apply.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is required; English is an added advantage.
