Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing monthly P&L statements and setting sales goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with cash management policies.
  • Maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Overseeing inventory and food costs.
  • Promoting catering services and managing special orders.
  • Recruiting, training, and motivating staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 7-9 years in F&B Operations; 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Food Safety Level 2.

Language Skills:
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
