Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, positioned within the groundbreaking Red Sea Project, offers an extraordinary opportunity to shape guest experiences at two nature-focused resorts. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Safety Officer to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff across multiple properties.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Safety Officer to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff across multiple properties.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs for all properties within the cluster.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead safety training sessions for employees at all levels to promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety protocols into daily operations.
- Prepare and maintain safety-related documentation, including reports and policies.
- Manage emergency response planning and coordinate drills across all properties.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging safety technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in hospitality.
- In-depth knowledge of international safety standards (*, OSHA, ISO 45001).
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification preferred.
- Experience working in the Middle East is preferred.
- Proven expertise in hospitality industry safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
